Is it cheaper to buy a luxury watch in Dubai?
Often, yes. The UAE applies 5% VAT with no additional luxury duty, and Dubai's deep secondary market keeps prices competitive with Europe and Asia. Visitors can also reclaim most of the VAT on departure. We publish a candid comparison in our Journal.
Are your watches authentic?
Every timepiece is verified against the Maison Swiss 12-point authentication protocol — movement, case, dial, bracelet and papers — before it is offered. Each sale carries our lifetime guarantee of authenticity and a 24-month mechanical guarantee.
Do you buy watches as well as sell them?
Yes. Discreet acquisition is half of what we do. We purchase single pieces and entire collections, with same-day valuation and immediate settlement — at your home or office if you prefer, and under NDA on request.
Can I see a watch before deciding?
Of course. Every piece can be seen and tried on at our shop in Gold & Diamond Park, open every day from 10:00 to 20:00. Message us on WhatsApp beforehand and the piece will be ready when you arrive.
Do you buy watches without box and papers?
We do, subject to authentication. Complete sets command stronger prices, but an honest watch is an honest watch — our protocol verifies the piece itself, and we will value it fairly either way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — fully insured, door to door, with export documentation handled by us. Most deliveries within the GCC arrive within two business days.
