The Process

A photograph and the reference number by WhatsApp — or bring the watch to the shop, any day between 10:00 and 20:00.
Same-day valuation
A candid, firm figure based on the live market — with our reasoning, if you want it.
Immediate settlement
Bank transfer at the moment we agree. For high-value pieces we will meet at your bank if you prefer.
Asked before selling
How quickly can you value my watch?
Usually the same day. Send a photograph and the reference number by WhatsApp and you will have a firm figure — not an opening gambit — typically within hours.
Is the process confidential?
Entirely. We are a private dealer: no public listings of your piece, no calls you did not ask for, and an NDA on request. Many of our acquisitions are never seen by the market at all.
Do you come to me?
Yes. For pieces of value we are pleased to attend your home, office or bank in Dubai — or to receive you privately at our offices, whichever you prefer.
How is payment made?
Immediately, by bank transfer, at the moment we agree terms. No consignment delays unless you choose consignment deliberately for a stronger price.
Do you buy watches without box and papers?
We do, subject to our 12-point authentication. Complete sets command stronger figures, but the watch itself is what we verify and value.
Do you buy entire collections?
Yes — single pieces and complete collections, including estate situations handled with particular care.
