Privacy

Discretion is the foundation of this house, and it extends to your data.

What we collect. Details you provide when you enquire — name, contact information, and the substance of your message. Standard analytics measure how the site is used, in aggregate.

How we use it. To respond to your enquiry, arrange visits, and — only if you ask — keep you informed of pieces matching your interests. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, ever.

Client confidentiality. Purchases and sales are confidential. We do not disclose who bought or sold a watch, and we are pleased to formalise this under NDA on request.

Your choices. Ask us at concierge@maisonswiss.ae to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and we will.
