Who we are. Maison Swiss is an independent private watch dealer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Independence. Maison Swiss is not an authorised dealer for, nor affiliated with, Rolex SA, Patek Philippe SA, Audemars Piguet Holding SA or any other manufacturer named on this site. Brand names, model names and references are used solely to identify the timepieces offered. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The showcase. This website is a presentation of our collection, not an online store. All sales are concluded personally — in our shop, by telephone or on WhatsApp — and are subject to prior sale. Prices shown are in UAE dirhams and may be revised in line with the market until a sale is agreed.

Authenticity and guarantee. Every watch is authenticated against the Maison Swiss 12-point protocol before sale. Every timepiece is covered by the 24-month Maison Swiss guarantee, alongside a lifetime guarantee of authenticity. The mechanical guarantee covers movement function under normal use; it does not cover wear, damage or water ingress on watches whose seals have aged beyond service intervals — we will always tell you which applies before you buy.

Descriptions. Condition is described in honest prose and photographed accurately. Production years are stated from papers or serial records. If we are uncertain about anything, the description says so.
